Abstract
The digital technology revolution has had a great impact on the teaching process at the university level; Based on the information technology platform, teachers can use data and digital
technology to change teaching methods and processes at universities, including improving the quality of foreign language teaching. In the framework of this article, the author presents Blended Learning models to overcome limitations and improve teaching effectiveness; The article also offers useful applications to help teach, manage, test, evaluate, control students’ self-study of English.
