Developing speaking - listening skills from a communication perspective through storytelling activities for 2nd graders in Hon Dat district, Kien Giang province

Abstract

Teaching Vietnamese in elementary school aims to help students develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for communication. This article presents an overview of teaching speaking and listening skills from a communication point of view; Measures such as conversation, storytelling based on pictures, assessment of speaking and listening skills in teaching storytelling from a communicative perspective in grade 2 of primary schools in Hon Dat district, Kien Giang province.
