Higher education innovation and some legal issues raised in Vietnam today

Abstract

Vietnam is an emerging economy with aspirations of becoming an upper middle-income country by 2035. What we need is highly qualified human resources with the right skills to continue growth. , to accomplish this goal, improving the quality of education in general and higher education in particular is an extremely important issue. The article analyzes some limitations in higher education, including some related legal issues, thereby suggesting solutions for innovating higher education in our country today.
