The role of ideological work in improving the disciplinary attitude of non-commissioned officers and soldiers in grassroots units

Abstract

Ideological work plays a particularly important role in all party and political work activities at the unit; directly contributing to raising political awareness, strengthening positions and viewpoints, fostering and developing good qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers” for officers and soldiers. Implementing ideological work well will ensure that all officers and soldiers are always unified in thought and action, strictly comply with State law and Army discipline, overcome all difficulties, and complete their tasks well.
