Abstract
The article addresses the factors that affect the emotional self-regulation capacity of cadet managers at Infantry Officer Training College No1, classifying those factors into two groups: subjective factors and objective factors. Therein, we identify factors such as political stance, ideology, ethical lifestyle, sense of discipline, love for the military profession, age and years of work as well as degree of cadet managers and cadet management object that affects emotional self-regulation capacity.
