Abstract
This study focuses on clearing the actual state and the efficiency of improving the quality of pedagogical internships in recent years at Quang Tri College of Education. From a practical point of view, this study mainly analyzes both strengths and weaknesses of students as a basis for proposing some solutions for enhancing the quality of pedagogical apprenticeships at here, such as: Investing appropriately in the teaching methods department, effectively organizing regular pedagogical training activities, developing and implement pedagogical practice plans according to a strict process. And from thence, it confirms the role of improving the quality of pedagogical practice in the teacher training process at a local college of education.
