Abstract
The study explores theoretical aspects of social support for ethnic minority students studying at Boarding Ethnic High Schools. This includes support related to material resources, nutrition, daily activities, healthcare, and health services; academic and scientific research support; psychosocial support; information access; and cultural engagement. The research also proposes various roles for school social workers in assisting ethnic minority students in Boarding Ethnic High Schools, involving tasks such as assessing needs, providing guidance and direction, connecting resources, and advocating for the rights and benefits of students.
