Fostering the ability to orient public opinion for students at the Political Officer School in the current context

Abstract

The ability to shape public opinion is a specialized professional ability required of managers and officers in the Vietnam People’s Army. The study aims to point out the requirements and solutions of activities to foster the capacity to orient public opinion for cadets at the Political Officer college today.
