Identifying skills for regular pedagogical training for students majoring in Primary Education at Tay Nguyen University

Abstract

Pedagogical skills training for students in Primary Education is an important factor deciding the quality of primary teacher training. However, in the process of studying and training, some students have not paid much attention to the practice of pedagogical skills or have not identified the specific way to train professional skills. Therefore, the article presents the general importance and factors affecting the training of professional skills for students in primary education to improve the quality of primary teacher training. It also shows seven basic skills groups in pedagogical profession and forms of organization to form and train professional pedagogical skills for students of primary education at Tay Nguyen University.
