Promoting political and ideological education for trade union members at Tay Do University

Abstract

Political and ideological education for trade union members is an important task that requires trade union organizations to implement many solutions synchronously. Within the scope of the article, the authors assess the current situation of political and ideological education for trade unionists of Tay Do University. From there, draw lessons from experience and some specific solutions from diversifying political activities, promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and style, taking care of material life. - The spirit of employees, building regulations on emulation and commendation, creating a movement to emulate good teaching - good work, building and developing trade union members, especially the executive committee of the trade union.
