Selecting and applying general physical fitness development exercises for first-year female students at University of Law - Hue University

Abstract

By reading, analyzing reference materials, interviewing methods and mathematical statistical methods, the selected subjects were selected for general physical development exercises in accordance with the training level of female students of the University. Study the Law - Hue University, and effectively test the application of joint physical development exercises in the process of teaching physical education subjects.
