Fostering professional ethics for preschool teachers in Nam Dinh province in the current period

Abstract

Professional ethics are the basic and most important qualities that create personality and pedagogical reputation; is the goal and motivation for preschool teachers to overcome difficulties and be determined to implement the strategy of “growing people” in preschool education; ensure that preschool teachers fulfill their responsibilities and tasks well, meeting the educational requirements of preschools in the new situation. The article analyzes the role and current state of professional ethics of preschool teachers in Nam Dinh province today; From there, propose some measures to foster professional ethics for preschool teachers.
