Abstract

Faced with Ho Chi Minh’s massive theoretical legacy of truth, each Party Congress is a “step” in the cognitive process. The 13th Party Congress is no exception to that rule as the Political Report - the central document of the Congress - has shown a new step in applying and creatively developing Ho Chi Minh’s ideology. That shows the maturity of the Party’s theoretical thinking and political courage in the face of great changes of the times.
