Strongly apply information technology, especially digital technology, to improve the efficiency of library operations and form an interconnected network in libraries of high schools in the same group and meet innovation needs. Library connection is an association and cooperation activity between libraries of high schools at the same level in the area. Libraries participate on the basis of voluntarily connecting, sharing, and contributing library resources to the shared group; Cooperation with agreements between participating libraries in the form of sharing and contributing digital information resources.
