Motivating students - an important skill for teachers in motivating students to learn

Abstract

This article presents teachers’ strategies for motivating students to support learning motivation. Motivating students is a very important pedagogical skill that teachers regularly perform during class to help students gain more mental strength, feel satisfied and accompanied in the learning process, thereby motivate students to actively and diligently study. This shows us that enhancing training, fostering, and in-depth training on student motivation skill foer teachers is a task that meets the requirements in the current context of educational innovation.
