Abstract

In the context of AI growing stronger and stronger, Chat GPT is one of the most advanced AI technologies in the field of natural language processing. In the field of education, GPT Chat brings a lot of meaning and effectiveness to students. The goal of this study is to clarify the influencing factors of ChatGPT on the creative capacity of students at Hanoi University of Industry. The research uses quantitative methods through a survey of 554 students in 2023. Research results show that factors: intrinsic motivation, academic advising, learning values and social influence have an impact. positively affects the creative capacity of students. On the contrary, language passivity, dependent thinking and frequency of use have a negative impact on students’ creative capacity. With the above research results, the author proposes some solutions to help students use Chat GPT more intelligently and effectively.
