The article presents Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on economics during the transition period to socialism in Vietnam on the following contents: basic economic characteristics and tasks; The economic structure; increase production, practice savings; economic management, combating corruption and waste... On that basis, it clearly shows the application of the Communist Party of Vietnam in developing the current socialist-oriented market economy.
