Educating communication skills for college students through experiential activities to meet the requirements of vocational education innovation

Abstract

Communication skills are human abilities expressed in the communication process. These are the abilities to appropriately use verbal and non-verbal means, which are a system of gestures and behavioral gestures harmoniously coordinated by the communicators. This article presents the management of communication skills education activities for college students in Lao Cai province through experiential activities.
