Abstract

Research on the party’s and Ho Chi Minh’s measure during the revolution period 1945–1946: With the success of The August Revolution, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam was born, opening an era of independence and freedom for the nation. Gaining power is difficult, but retaining power is even more difficult. The newly established democratic state faced a fate that “hangs in the balance”. The Indochina Communist Party and Ho Chi Minh cleverly steered the revolutionary ship to overcome difficulties and protected the revolutionary government.
