Active teaching methods in Physical Education: Approach from students’ perceptions and opinions

Abstract
Physical education instruction today still incorporates innovative methods to create quality physical education. This article sets out to describe the pedagogical model used in teaching Physical Education at Tay Do University. Results indicate that physical education students’ perceptions and perspectives play a unique role in developing student-centered approaches.
