Abstract

In recent years, science and technology development has been one of the important directions that the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee of Hoa Binh province have determined to develop the province’s economy and society. Thanks to that, science and technology has had many outstanding achievements, contributing significantly to the development of the province. However, the development of science and technology in Hoa Binh province is still very modest compared to the requirements set forth. . Therefore, it is required that Hoa Binh needs to synchronously implement many solutions and have incentive policy mechanisms to further develop science and technology, better meeting the development requirements of the province in the coming time.
