National defense and security education for students is one of the important tasks contributing to achieving the goal of comprehensive education. Thereby creating conditions for the young generation to cultivate moral qualities and practice practical capacity to be ready to carry out two strategic tasks: Building and protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam [1]. To achieve the above goals, the Center for National Defense and Security Education of Hai Phong University needs to overcome limitations and difficulties in the training process as well as management of teaching activities and take specific measures. possible to improve the quality of teaching management in national defense and security education.
