Applying Blockchain technology in training in Finance and Banking at Hai Phong University

Abstract

Blockchain technology is an advanced database mechanism that enables transparent information sharing within a business network. Blockchain technology is seen as a key enabler in the digital transformation and building the future information technology foundation in the wave of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Blockchain has the potential to revolutionize financial services in banking business operations. The article explores some applications as well as the benefits of applying blockchain technology to financial activities – banking, and proposes some recommendations for developing teaching and learning methods for Finance - Banking majors at Hai Phong University.
