Solution to maintain learning English for children at Foreign Language and Informatics Center at Dong Thap University

Abstract

Student retention is an important and essential task for the long-term development as well as success of any Language Center. Retaining students contributes to a strong learning community where students go through courses with the support of their peers and professional teachers. When students feel attached and committed to the Center, they will become powerful «messengers», promoting the Center through their positive words and reviews, thereby attracting more new students without having to spend a lot of money advertising or marketing. Each student’s decision to stay at the Center marks the stability and quality of the curriculum’s commitment, which is a panorama that demonstrates the Center’s prestige to create a quality learning environment.
