From the Communist Party of Vietnam’s perspective on building an all-people national defense to defense and security education for students

Abstract

The Congresses of the Communist Party of Vietnam, especially the 12th and 13th Congresses, have decided the direction, goals and tasks of national development in the next 5 years. Among them, building an all-people national defense is an important content. Deeply grasping that spirit will be the basis for determining the direction and tasks of building an all-people national defense and firmly protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam in the current period. The article presents some basic views of the Communist Party of Vietnam on building an all-people national defense and its implications for defense and security education for students today.
