Preventing crowded activities that cause insecurity and disorder at politically important targets in Hanoi city

Abstract

Protecting the security and safety of political targets is the top priority of the Mobile Police Command. The article focuses on analyzing situations of large gatherings that disrupt security and order at important political sites in Hanoi; clarifies the current status of deploying preventive measures by the Mobile Police Command; proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of preventing large gatherings that disrupt security and order at important political sites in Hanoi in the future.
