Soft skills education for students at National University of Laos to meet the requirements of training high quality human resources

Abstract

In universities in general and the National University of Laos in particular, in addition to equipping students with professional knowledge and career skills, equipping soft skills is of particular importance. Soft skills will be the key to helping students adapt well to studying and training activities at university and prepare well for them to participate in future professional activities. Therefore, the implementation of measures to improve the quality of soft skills education needs attention from the National University of Laos such as: compiling soft skills of teaching materials, organizing experiential activities for students and lecturers, applying 4.0 in soft skills education and as well as fostering the capacity to organize soft skills education activities for lecturers... thereby improving the quality of soft skills education for students, contributing to improving the quality of soft skills education for students and educational quality of the school.
