Abstract
Based on theoretical research on the “Flipped Classroom” model, the author proposes a teaching process for Soft Skills at Vinh University of Technical Education according to this teaching model to promote students’ positivity, self-study and self-research ability, and design lesson plans using the proposed process to illustrate.
