Improving map editing skills for students at University of Education - University of Danang

Abstract

Mapping is the process of applying map language to convert spatial information into map information, according to certain uses. Objective of the research is to train students’ map making and editing skills based on exploiting the features of MapInfo Pro15.0 application software. The results contribute to improving the quality of teaching and geographical research in universities, helps students promote positivity, initiative, creativity, self-study and improve geography skills.
