Identifying processes and proposing solutions to develop training programs to improve learner competences to meet the practical needs

Abstract

One of the most important solutions to the improvement of competence to meet the leaners’ needs and social practice for professional improvement is developing the curriculum. A practical and efficient curriculum for improving the learners’ competence needs to be developed by following certain relevant procedures and scientific solutions. The application of the procedures and suggested solutions in developing the curriculum of professional development for positions equipment, experiments at general education establishments is a good example for proving the efficieny of the study carried out at some colleges of Thua Thien Hue.
