Abstract
Improving the quality of high school teachers in mountainous areas is a necessary and important activity that contributes to the development of education in mountainous areas to meet the innovative requirements of current education. Through analyzing the current situation and causes, the article has proposed six measures to improve the quality of high school teachers in mountainous areas, Nghe An province. Survey results show that these measures are considered necessary (91.02%) and highly feasible (92.74%) by the majority of opinions and contribute to improving the quality of education in mountainous areas.
