Some measures to manage aesthetic development education for 4-5 year old children in public preschools in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City
Abstract
Faced with the need for innovation in education, it requires timely adjustments in traditional education to meet the needs of the new situation. In recent years, Hoc Mon district's education sector has implemented CTM activities quite well for students and achieved many positive results. However, besides the things that have been done, there are still limitations in teachers' awareness of aesthetic development education activities; on improving the construction of educational plans for aesthetic development; on innovating the management, inspection, and evaluation of teachers on physical education for children. It is necessary to have solutions to manage and direct professional teams and teachers to conduct physical education activities for children in a scientific, strict and appropriate manner with practical conditions.
