Solutions to improve and enhance English speaking skills for students at Vinh University of Technology Education

Abstract

Speaking is one of the four important communication skills in teaching and learning English (the other three skills are listening, reading and writing). Based on the author’s practical teaching experience, this article analyzes and clarifies some factors affecting the English speaking skill development of university students in Vinh University of Technology Education, thereby suggesting some techniques to improve the quality of teaching and learning English speaking skill.
