Applying information technology in innovating teaching methods is an inevitable trend in the era of information and communication technology development, creating benefits in improving the quality of teaching. However, the extent to which information technology is applied in high schools depends on many factors. This study highlights the current status of information technology use by 182 high school Physical Education teachers in Hanoi and neighboring provinces, thereby proposing some measures to apply information technology. information, contributing to improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning Physical Education.
