Abstract: People's lives in general do not always go as smoothly as they would like. In the process of human activity, there are always many contradictions and difficulties that arise. At those times, they need help to better adapt to their living situations and develop themselves. Therefore, they need advice to resolve conflicts and difficulties. Students training as lecturers in social sciences and humanities at Academy of Politics need advice during the training process which include: the need for consulting on learning, scientific research skills, training, personal development and communication.
