Abstract
This study explores the enhancement of teamwork effectiveness and communication among students at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering through an understanding of group dynamics and the application of the Johari Window theory. It investigates the influence of group dynamics on interactions and relationships, and examines how the Johari Window theory fosters self-awareness, mutual understanding, and openness among team members.
