Developing the teaching staff of public preschools in Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

Although the recruitment and development of teaching staff has changed dramatically, in general, the current teaching staff of Binh Tan district, in terms of quantity, structure and quality, still does not meet the increasing requirements of the education in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country. This article presents management measures to develop the teaching staff in preschools in the area.
