Abstract

An effective social security system contributes significantly to the development of a country. The social security model in Nordic countries is recognized for its balance between economic growth and social welfare, providing valuable insights and experiences for many countries worldwide, including Vietnam. This article aims to clarify the role of social security in Nordic countries and its reference value for Vietnam.
