Based on theoretical and practical research on the process of forming career motivation of officer training students at military schools, the author of the article has presented 3 basic characteristics of the formation process. into career motivation for students through the stages of training at military schools. In the early stages of the training course, in general, students’ career motivation is being formed, is not yet stable, and motivating trends are unclear. In the next stage, students often struggle with career motivation and towards the end of this stage, the struggle with motivation tends to gradually decrease. By the end of the course, students’ career motivation tends to stabilize, and their motivating tendencies become clearer and clearer. The research results provide additional scientific basis, contributing to education and career motivation for officer cadets at military schools today.
