Abstract

Digital transformation is a global trend among governments aiming to provide a more modern governance approach and serve the public and society more professionally. Consequently, civil servants play a crucial role in the success of the digital transformation process in any country, including Vietnam. Therefore, training and developing civil servants to meet the demands of digital transformation is a key task in the process of building a digital government in Vietnam.
