Solution to increase interest in physical education classes for students at Hanoi Metropolitan University

Abstract

In the work of physical education and sports for students, understanding psychological characteristics to create excitement for students during physical education and sports activities is extremely important. Making students interested in physical education and sports activities means creating strong positive emotions in students about this activity and they will feel full of joy when participating in that activity. From there, students will actively and proactively participate in sports activities, so the effectiveness of physical education and sports for students will be higher. Therefore, it is very necessary to research students' interest and find solutions to increase students' interest in Physical Education classes.
