Fostering scientific research skills for young lecturers at Thai Binh University today

Abstract

Promoting scientific research activities is an objective requirement, a basic function, and a core task of universities and colleges in the national education system, in which a team of young lecturers actively and proactively participating in scientific research activities is one of the important measures contributing to improving the quality of teaching and scientific research to meet the increasingly high requirements of educational and training innovation. The article focuses on clarifying some basic issues on scientific research skills and proposing measures to foster scientific research skills for young lecturers at Thai Binh University today.
