Training teamwork skills for students at Nam Dinh University of Technical Education

Abstract

Teamwork skill is one of the important and necessary skills in the process of studying, working and life. This skill helps people support and complement each other, creating collective strength and intelligence to the group overcome difficulties, bringing high quality and efficiency in the learning and working process and contributing to satisfying the need for communication - one of the five basic human needs. Nowadays, when recruiting new employees, employers are very interested in candidates’ teamwork skill. However, through practice, we realize that the teamwork skill of students at Nam Dinh university of technology education still have some limitations. Therefore, training teamwork skill for students is a necessary job, contributing to helping students meet society’s requirements.
