Abstract

To carry out this research, the author conducted a survey of 81 managers and 669 teachers with a 4-level Likert scale. The results were processed using SPSS 22.0 application to calculate the average value and deviation. standard. The article studies a number of current and inadequate issues, from the principals of high schools in the Mekong Delta region implementing the work of developing teachers implementing IE, the current situation of awareness, goals, and reflections of administrators and teachers. on requirements for developing teaching staff to implement career-oriented education. The results of this research will provide important information to help managers carry out strategic planning; selecting and using teacher assignments; training and fostering of teachers; The work of inspecting and evaluating the team of teachers implementing vocational education in high schools today.
