Abstract
This study mainly uses theoretical research and mathematical statistics methods to identify the problems posed by professional training for teachers and the status of this work at Go Cong High School (Tien Giang province) according to the competency approach. From this, the paper proposes measures to enhance professional teaching, scientific research, social and community action capabilities in order to achieve the defined goals.
