The reality of soft skills of students at University of Finance and Accounting

Abstract

Soft skills education plays an important role for students to prepare for working in society after graduation. The article studies the situation of three soft skills (teamwork skill, presentation skill, communication skill) of students at University of Finance and Accountancy. The research results of the article are the basis for managers and teachers at University of Finance and Accountancy to propose measures to educate and improve soft skills for students.
