Innovation in training and development of teachers to meet the needs of preschool education in Yen Bai province

Abstract

The article discusses research on innovative solutions to train preschool teachers according to output standards at Yen Bai College. In addition, the article also points out a number of measures that need to be implemented in education in Yen Bai province to develop the existing team of preschool teachers to meet the needs of preschool education in the area. The analysis showed: To develop a diverse team of teachers to meet the needs of preschool education in Yen Bai. We need to innovate training, complete the educational management process and develop the current team of teachers.
