Measures to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning management at the Community Learning Center with a social learning orientation in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

Managing the teaching activities of community learning centers is critically important. It contributes to improving and enhancing the quality of activities at these centers while also positively impacting the success of the local learning society development process. The article discusses planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the management of teaching activities in the context of a learning society, highlighting both subjective and objective factors and proposing measures to enhance the quality of teaching at community learning centers.
