Current status of management of professional group activities in high schools in Thu Duc City

Abstract

It is necessary to train management capabilities for leader of professional group with aim to improve quality of teaching at junior high schools. This article presents situation of management of professional groups activities at high schools in Thu Duc city in term of working days, professional documents, lessons plans, teaching plan for students, etc. This analysis is a base for principal at high schools in Thu Duc city to find out solutions to improve quality of professional group activities in particular and education quality in general.
