With the prominent feature of transforming operational models on a large scale based on digital technology and digital data, along with its strong breakthrough and effectiveness in all fields, digital transformation is not just a trend but a mandatory process for nations and peoples, including Vietnam. The youth union members (YUMs) in the Military constitute a significant force and the primary human resource directly responsible for all tasks of the Military, including the mission of digital transformation. This article discusses solutions to promote the role of youth union members in digital transformation at the Political Academy today.
